The hotel is conveniently located very close to a metro station. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were impressive. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel was easily accessible from transportation.
Nothing, it is perfect.

willing receptionst, proximity to metro station
dirty, sticky carpet, moldy bath curtain, cigarette smell in room, cold room, breakfast: moldy bread, little choise, the cheapest food, uncomfortable bed, only one small towel, no soap, noise from the hall, sassy cleaner, dank room, neglected building, view on bigboard - at night a lot of light, view on noisy highway, slow elevator, holey curtains, expensive restaurant, nails on window parapet, obligation to leave the key on reception when leaving the hotel

Cheap. Metro station was close by and so quickly became the center. Bed linen was clean and towels changed daily.
Rooms were dirty, tattered curtains and greasy. Rooms were awful and did not look at all the photos. The smell was unpleasant. Locked balcony, which had a pigeon nest with the eggs. Breakfast was dreadful, very poor and tasteless. Dining Room was dirty.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was great, just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and modern, with a nice view from the window. The staff were friendly and the service was reliable. Additionally, the breakfast included several options, ensuring a good start to the day.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

The price
Noisy pipes, people running around in the corridors at late hours, people slamming doors. The lobby smelled too saturated with cigarette smoke.

The room was mind-blowingly clean and had a jaw-dropping view from the top floor. It was modern, sleek, and surprisingly spacious. The availability of toiletries, towels, and a heater was super convenient. The card lock access added an extra layer of security. The nearby restaurant served good food and had excellent service. Although we didn't try the breakfast, the pancake machine was a pleasant surprise. The price was great, the staff was OK, and the overall cleanliness and breakfast were satisfactory.

It seams that the rooms never been cleaned. Broken toilet, destroyed wardrobe, oily hand prints on the walls, unbearably dirty carpet on the floor.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a big window that let in plenty of natural light. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh and tasty foods. The location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and bus station. I highly recommend this hotel for its affordable price and quality accommodations.

The price was very good and the place was comfortable. During my stay I had to go everyday to the University campus and the hotel's location was perfect for that, I only had to take one bus to get to campus. Plus, there is also a metro station near the hotel, which is very convenient. I may be going to Prague next year and I will consider this hotel for my next stay.
During my stay, I spoke to 3 different people in the counter. Only one of them could understand english enough and we had some trouble communicating with the other two.

This hotel offers great value for money with cheap prices and good service. Located near the Střížkov metro station, it is easy to find and convenient for exploring the city. The staff are lovely and the ground floor has many useful services such as an ATM, beverage dispenser, and a Metro ticket machine. The rooms are modern and clean, with a drawer and a modern bathroom. The breakfast is varied and of good quality, making it a convenient start to the day.
All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay.

The staff were wonderful, there was a German guy working at reception for the week we were there and he was so helpful and accommodating. He gave us a map and drew where we should go etc. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. Bathrooms are almost new.
The location was not very good at all only one restaurant in the area, though in saying that - the metro is a 5 minute walk away and then its another 5-10 min ride into town SO easy. Internet is only available in the lobby which is a bit annoying.
